Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ c yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
Instructions
- Mix ingredients, including half the garlic
- With wet hands, knead into a soft dough
- Once dough forms, oil hands and need into a smooth ball
- Rest 10-15 minutes
- Roll out a small ball
- Sprinkle toppings on top (some of the reserved garlic, parsley, sesame seeds, etc)
- Wet both sides, the bottom should be like glue
- Put it in the hot iron skillet
- When bubbles start to form, turn over and cook on the flame (it should stick). Or broil. Or maybe try a food torch.
- Brush with butter and enjoy!
