Charlie’s Potato Salad

  • 5 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt Dash of white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 5 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 11/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and chill at least 2 hours.
