Blintzes – Cheese

These are made the same as meat blintzes but change the filling. (See recipe page 88)

Filling:

  • 1 pound farmer’s cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
  • Cinnamon

Mix all the filling ingredients together. Follow the directions for meat blintzes.
