Creamed Tuna

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 package frozen peas, defrosted

Make a roux with the butter and flour. Slowly add the milk and whisk until combined and smooth. Bring to a boil. Add the tuna and peas.

Serve on toast or with mashed potatoes.
