Chocolate Peanut Clusters

  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 16 ounce package butterscotch morsels
  • 16 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups salted Spanish peanuts

Combine peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan.

Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in peanuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper or parchment paper. Chill until firm. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Makes 4 dozen.
