Set oven to 425 degrees.
Melt butter in pan. Put pan into oven while it heats. Beat the eggs in a blender at high speed for 1 minute. With the motor running, gradually add milk. Then slowly add the flour. Continue blending for 30 seconds.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Serve with strawberries, bananas, and warm syrup.
