Ingredients
- 2 c. turkey, cubed, roast
- 2 green onion
- 3 tbs. oil
- 1 1/2 oz. almonds, sliced, blanched
- 6 oz. snow peas
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp corn starch together with turkey and set aside.
In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients (2 tbsp soy sauce onward) and set aside.
Cut green onions into 1-in pieces. Heat vegetable oil in wok or skillet over high heat. Add almonds stir and brown for about 1 minute (don’t burn). Remove almonds. Add onion to oil in pan, browning for a few seconds. Add turkey and pea pods. Cook and stir about 2 minutes. Add almonds and sauce. Cook until thickens.
Server over rice.
