Bring water to boil in a large saucepan.
Meanwhile, cut lengthwise in half
➜ 2 large green peppers
Remove and discard the stems, seeds, and membranes.
Place the peppers in the boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon, setting them inverted on paper towels to drain.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Saute until turkey is cooked
➜ 8 oz ground turkey
➜ 1/2 c chopped onions
Stir in
➜ 1 c cooked brown rice
➜ 1 c stewed tomatoes (with juices)
➜ 2 tbsp tomato paste
➜ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
➜ 1/2 tsp dried basil
➜ 1/4 tsp salt
➜ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the pepper halves in a baking dish. Spoon in meat mixture. Sprinkle with

Bake about 10 minutes, until heated through and cheese melted.
