Ingredients
- 16 oz. egg noodles (extra wide)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 3 tbs. lemon juice, (3-5)
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 3 c. turkey, chopped (or chicken)
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli (cooked tender crisp)
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Cook noodles according to the package directions.
Combine soup, water, lemon juice, onions, and turkey.
Place cooked noodles in a large low (13″ x 9″) casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over the top, saving back one-third.
Place broccoli (cooked tender-crisp) over the noodle and soup layers and pour remaining soup mixture over broccoli. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkle w/ reserved chopped onions and cover with foil.
Cook at 375F for 45 min to 1 hr our until bubbly.
