Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. brown rice, quick
- 1 packet onion soup mix, dry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Dilute 1 can cream of celery soup with 1/3 can water. Pour into the bottom of a 13″ x 9″ pan. Place raw chicken breasts over the soup mix. Dilute 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/3 can water. Pour over chicken pieces. Scatter rice evenly over all. Do not stir, rice can be pressed down lightly to moisten. Pour contents of soup mix evenly over rice.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours.
